How do I start a custom order?
Visit our Custom Orders page, choose the product you're interested in, and tell us how you'd like to personalize it. We'll review your request and contact you with the next steps.
Can you create something that isn't shown on your website?
Absolutely. If you have an idea that you don't see in our shop, send us a custom request. We'll review your idea and let you know what's possible.
Can I see the design before my order is made?
Yes. For custom designs, we’ll provide a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Production will start once the final design is approved.
Can I make changes after approving my design?
Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible. Please review all names, dates, spelling, and design details carefully before approving.
What materials and products do you work with?
We personalize a variety of products and materials, including wood, metal, acrylic, tumblers, pet accessories, and more. Available options may vary by product and collection.
How long does a custom order take?
Processing times vary depending on the product and level of customization. Most orders are completed within 3–7 business days after the final design is approved. Shipping time is additional.
Do you ship outside Virginia?
Yes. We ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available for customers in Northern Virginia. Available pickup options will be provided during the ordering process.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on personalized items?
Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error from production. Please visit our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
